Luke is great at communicating, explaining what the problem is and resolving it. We had already called out another electrician and had been quoted an astronomical price for the “problem”. Luke came round to provide a second opinion.

Luke responded very quickly to my call and came the next day. He was on time, took time to listen to the issue and the set about testing and ensuring everything worked. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

Luke recently visited to investigate two faults, one involving a circuit breaker that had tripped and wouldn’t reset, diagnosed as a faulty switch which Luke replaced and the other involving underfloor heating that would not come on, diagnosed as a faulty thermostat control that Luke also replace
